Job Title: Maintenance Agent

Functional Area: Premier Truck Group Fleet Services
Reports To: Jody Gray
Location: Salt Lake City, UT

Job Summary:
Assist customers and vendors with truck/tractor/trailer maintenance and breakdown calls. The agent will receive incoming phone calls and make outbound phone calls to resolve customer concerns and will process invoices sent by vendors.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming phone calls
• Create purchase orders for vehicle repairs
• Schedule maintenance or repairs for customers

Qualifications / Requirements:

• Experience with Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Strong organizational skills
• Detail oriented
• Automotive/diesel maintenance knowledge preferred
• Multi-tasking skills required

Physical / Travel Demands:

• The physical demands are minimal, mostly sitting and standing are required
• No travel is required
