Welcome to the PTGFS InfoCenter
In order to make information easier to access and find, some necessary changes have led us to update the InfoCenter to v3.0! Please take some time to refamiliarize yourself with the content and if you have any questions or if you can't find something, please contact the IT department by emailing us.
What's Changed?
- Theme: The theme of the InfoCenter has changed to something lighter and more fun and related to what we do here at Fremier Truck Group Fleet Services.
- Menus: No more drop-down menus. Drop-downs can be clunky and difficult to navigate, so the InfoCenter is now broken down into five main categories.
- Maint/Operations - This holds maintenance information on things such as warranties and EPA standards and has information on OEM and national account vendors.
- Programs/Reports - Here is where you'll be able to find customer reports (e.g., Unit Listing, PM Report, etc.) and additional customer specific documents (e.g., Asset Ordering Forms, Customer Emergency Contact Information, etc.).
- PM Compliance - All information on Preventive Maintenance will be found here including PM reports, PM/DOT forms, and PM Descriptions.
- Processes - PTGFS has many departments, each with specific and varying process. In this section you'll find up-to-date guides on the things you and your coworkers do.
- Customers - The Rules of Engagement for each customer PTGFS administrates are found here: estimate amounts and processes, region/customer specific rules, national account numbers, and breakdown/repair processes.
